Look at what we do in Little Fawns

Home corner

Children spend quite some time here with friends (or even alone)- they mimic many elements of home life that can help to make them feel secure.

Outdoor fun

Our Little Fawns garden provides our children opportunities to explore, discover and appreciate the natural world. It allows them to be active, help to develop gross motor and fine motor movement skills and get messy! Time spent outdoors is an important part of our daily program in Little Fawns.

Reading

Sharing books, stories and rhymes develops skills to support the transition to school.

Getting to grips with nature

Pouring water from container to container helps to develop hand eye co-ordination. This open ended activity help the children to become focused and increases their overall attention span.
